Claim, appeal and/or complaint
The application must be submitted and signed by the authorized representative.
A “claim, appeal and/or complaint” may be filed when the applicant (client) considers that as a result of any of the services provided by OCP BOXLITY, S.A. de C.V., they had some technical or administrative error or omission, or that there are inconsistencies or non-compliance oriented to the result, and this certification body resolves to grant, keep, deny, suspend or cancel a document resulting from the conformity assessment process as a product certification body, or deny said service. Procedure to file a claim, appeal and/or complaint: The application must be filed and signed by the authorized representative of the same, accompanied, where appropriate, by all evidence that in their judgment supports said claim, appeal and/or complaint; it can be delivered directly to the facilities or sent by email to the account: atencionaclientes@ocpboxlity.com And it must be sent within the first five calendar days following the date on which you receive the result or determination corresponding to any of the services provided by OCP BOXLITY, S.A. de C.V. and to the attention of the OCP Director. Any communication not addressed to the OCP Director and in writing will not be considered a claim, appeal, and/or complaint. OCP BOXLITY, S.A. de C.V. is only required to notify the person indicated by the applicant in their request. The response time to any claim, appeal, and/or complaint will be a maximum of 10 business days, counted from the business day following the formal receipt of the claim, appeal, and/or complaint. The result will be notified via a letterhead signed by the OCP Director and managed by the Manager of the Comprehensive Quality Management System, with the agreements reached, to conclude the process.
