Children’s Products – Stroller Operation for Infant Safety – Specifications and Test Methods.
Establishes the safety specifications and test methods that infant strollers sold in Mexico must meet during normal use.
Stroller:
A wheeled vehicle, not a toy, used to transport infants or young children, generally in a seated, semi-reclined, or recumbent position, propelled by a motive force exerted by a person or persons pushing or pulling the handle attached to the vehicle, and which generally folds easily for storage.
The product is classified in an enunciative but not limited way, into 3 types:
a) Folding cane
b) Folding handle
c) Folding
